Model 1000 Oxygen Purifiers
The Model 1000 is a high capacity O2 filter, for long term protection of
capillary column stationary phases against oxidation at GC operating
temperatures. The Model 1000 is intended for use with non-oxidizing
gases such as He, Ar, N2, H2 or CH4, containing less than 0.1%
oxygen. The adsorbent binds covalently with oxygen; no gas is
generated from this reaction. The filters are available with standard
compression fittings in 1/4” and 1/8”, they now come with either brass or stainless steel fittings that are not plated.

The Model 500 is a high capacity H2O filter that reduces moisture
to low ppb levels. It is recommended for detector support gases
and carrier gases. The filters are available with standard compression
fittings in 1/4” and 1/8”, they now come with either brass or stainless steel fittings that are not plated.

The Model 300 Purifier is a high capacity HC filter that removes
hydrocarbons (C5 and heavier) to low ppb levels. It can be used
for your FID air and H2 lines to minimize noise and extraneous
peaks in the signal. It is also recommended for use with purge
and trap apparatuses, and with GC carrier gases for trace analysis.
The filters are available with standard compression fittings in
1/4” and 1/8”, they now come with either brass or stainless steel fittings that are not plated.

The Carbon Dioxide Purifier is a high capacity filter that removes
CO2 from the gas stream to low ppb levels. This filter will
irreversibly bind the CO2; the reaction will create moisture which
is adsorbed by the molecular sieve. When downstream water is
a concern, it is recommended to use a second moisture purifier
in line as well. The Carbon Dioxide Purifier is not recommended
for GC use. The filters are available with standard compression
fittings in 1/4” and 1/8”, they now come with either brass or stainless steel fittings that are not plated.
